Separating Rifle and Pistol Case is labor intensive effort when done manually.  This machine separates Rifle and Pistol case quickly and efficiently.  When fed by a hopper, the machine operates as a walk away operation. One you fill up the hopper, you can walk away and let it separate without having to monitor or operate it.  

There are bowl solutions to separate Rifle and Pistol cases, but they tend to be specialized to specific calibers and expensive.

Screen 2 also has be used as a general Rifle and Pistol separator.  When using it as a general separator, the only pistol cases it does not separate are cases that are larger than a .45 Auto.  All .45 and smaller pistol cases separate from the Rifle Cases.

By separating Rifle and Pistol case early in the sorting process your other sorters (Roller Sorter, Bowl, etc.) will run more efficient and faster, speeding up your entire automated sorting process.

The machine is sold as a standalone unit, that can be feed by a existing hopper or sorting process, or with a hopper to feed the machine.

Both 14 or 30 Gallon Hoppers are available. These Hopper are standalone and design with the correct ramp height to feed the separator.

Separated Cases drop into one of two 7 Gallon Totes. These Totes are included with the machine.
